Disclaimer

The Bellbrook Yowie Festival is a community event run by local volunteers, and we want everyone to come along, have fun and enjoy the weekend.

By attending the festival, you understand that you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any children in your care. The festival includes a range of activities, entertainment and outdoor areas, and there may be risks such as uneven ground, weather conditions, animals, vehicles, sporting activities and other activities taking place throughout the weekend.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Please follow any directions given by festival organisers, volunteers, security, emergency services or activity operators. If someone is behaving in an unsafe or inappropriate manner, they may be asked to leave the event.

The organisers, volunteers, sponsors and participating groups will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment. However, to the extent permitted by law, the organisers cannot accept responsibility for personal injury, loss, damage or theft that may occur during the festival.

Activities and times may change or be cancelled due to weather, safety concerns or circumstances outside of our control.

Photography and filming will take place throughout the festival and images may be used for future Bellbrook Yowie Festival and community promotion.

Most importantly, come along, enjoy yourself, look after each other and help us make the Bellbrook Yowie Festival a great weekend for our community and visitors.

Thank you for supporting our local community and the organisations that benefit from the festival.
