Become a stallholder
Calling all market stall holders! Be part of The Yowie Festival this October long weekend and showcase your products at one of the Macleay Valley's most anticipated community events. Market sites are available Saturday, Sunday, or both days, trading 11:00am–4:00pm each day. With live entertainment, family activities, camping, food, and visitors from across the region, it's a great opportunity to promote your business and connect with new customers.
Standard sites are 4m × 3m (double sites available at double the fee), and all stallholders need current $10 million public liability insurance — food vendors also need a Temporary Food Stall Vendor licence from Kempsey Shire Council (02 6566 3200). Applications close 5:00pm, 13 September 2026.
| Site (4m × 3m) | Fee |
|---|---|
| Saturday or Sunday only | $30 |
| Both Saturday and Sunday | $50 |
Sites are limited, so book yours today โ email the Festival Coordinator, Kate Mainey, for an application form:
